Returns and Refunds
- You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@trysnapbuy.com with your order number and details of the request.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made a mistake.
Exceptions (Non-Refundable Items)
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads, gift cards, or software
- Final sale items (clearly marked as such)
Defective or Incorrect Items

We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.
