Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and selected carrier.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
    • International: 10–12 business days (please note that customs delays may occur)
  • Free shipping may be available on orders over 20$ in eligible regions, as shown at checkout.

Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak seasons.
  • We are not responsible for packages after delivery has been confirmed, nor for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to international orders.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us with your tracking number, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
