Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Shipping Times & Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and selected carrier.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–12 business days (please note that customs delays may occur)
- Free shipping may be available on orders over 20$ in eligible regions, as shown at checkout.
Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Important Notes
